Program Oversight Role:
We seek a seasoned Program Manager to join our globally recognized management team in Singapore. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of customers and their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface between customers and Lonza, ensuring program execution meets expectations for quality, cost, and timelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and representing their interests on-site.

About You:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in program or project management, ideally in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Planview experience is an advantage).
