Building Information Modeller and Model Developer

BIM Modelling is a process that enables the creation of accurate, detailed and informative 3D models of buildings. As a BIM Modeller and Model Developer, you will be responsible for creating these models using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality BIM models for design, documentation and fabrication purposes.
  • Develop models for clash detection coordination and ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism.
  • Identify issues for project managers where discrepancies occur during design production.
  • Ensure BIM models are modelled with correct parameters and attributes for BIM-assisted quantification and 4D simulation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in M&E field, preferably in building construction industry.
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD and MEP Revit software.

A successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
