Job Title: BIM Modeller

BIM Modellers play a pivotal role in designing and implementing building information models. They work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of building systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update multi-system modules using knowledge of CAD, Revit, CSD, and RCP drawings.
  • Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for BIM, redesigning based on mark-ups and specifications.
  • Understand and work with M&E components and services.
  • Create shop drawings, including schematic, detail, penetration, as-built, and section drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in drafting and/or BIM.
  • Essential Singapore experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Excel, Modeling, Mathematics, Drawing, Data Integration, 3D, SQL, Python, Performance Tuning, Statistics, and AutoCAD.
