
Solutions-Focused Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Solutions-Focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role involves delivering exceptional post-sale experiences for customers across the region, acting as their advocate and managing warranty and service cases from start to finish using Salesforce Customer 360 and AI-enabled tools.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with digital case management experience who is passionate about customer-centric solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Own customer enquiries related to warranty, repairs, service appointments, and delivery issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve warranty concerns with creative problem-solving.
- Use Salesforce Customer 360 to manage and document all case details.
- Apply AI tools and automation to improve accuracy and turnaround times.
- Perform in-home product servicing and technical assessments.
- Coordinate with Service Technicians, Logistics, Product, and Retail teams.
- Maintain professional conduct in all customer interactions.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer service, case management, or hands-on service roles.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and clear communication.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and eager to adopt AI-driven tools.
- Technical aptitude and confidence in carrying out repairs or product adjustments.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing scheduling and coordination.
