This key position plays a crucial role in supporting the university's strategic goals by overseeing the faculty search process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search Process Oversight: Oversee the entire faculty search process, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Guide and manage the Faculty Search team, providing professional development opportunities.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates, promoting NTU as an employer of choice.
  • Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of search activities and candidate information, preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Policy Support: Assist the Faculty Lead in developing and implementing policies related to faculty matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, employment law, and best practices in recruitment.
