We are seeking an accomplished Japanese Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Tonkatsu specialist, you will collaborate with our Head Chef in preparing premium dishes and further developing your culinary expertise.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.\
  • Manage inventory and inspect ingredient deliveries.\
  • Train and guide junior staff when needed.\
  • Follow kitchen safety procedures and handle equipment properly.\
    • Requirements:\

      • A minimum of 5 years of cooking experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine or Tonkatsu.\
      • Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients and frying techniques.\
      • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and as part of a team.\
      • Food safety certification is an advantage.\
      • Professionalism, communication skills, and good teamwork.\
      • Non-smokers preferred.
