Job Overview

This is a career opportunity for an experienced HR professional to oversee the management of foreign worker matters at Permanent Personnel Services PTE LTD. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and drive business growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an Senior HR Executive who can manage and oversee all aspects of foreign worker affairs, including staff welfare and benefits, construction-related training courses, work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate and monitor projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Managing Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Quotations.
  2. Tracking timelines and managing schedules efficiently.
  3. Coordinating and monitoring projects to meet deadlines.
  4. Providing advice on HR-related matters to the Director.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Construction industry and possess excellent knowledge of MOM employment laws.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  1. Prior experience in the Construction industry.
  2. Knowledge of MOM employment laws.
  3. Excellent organizational skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
