General Affairs Executive

- Reports to the HR/General Affairs Manager
- Responsible for the General Affairs Matters for site office
- Facilities Maintenance of Client & Contractors’ Temporary Office Buildings including site provisional offices
- Office consumables/material purchasing
- Company vehicle control & operation
- Support for HR Operations including but not limited to dormitory control, welfare, training of workers, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Business administration/ Human resource
- At least 15 years of similar experience in a construction site office environment is mandatory
- Work-related involvement in the procurement and logistics site processes
- Proficient in SAP/ERP system for accounts petty cash, invoice payment/settlement and budget
- Supervise workers for office maintenance works and drivers for carpooling
- Perform negotiation with suppliers for materials and supplies
- Experience in management of workers’ accommodation/dormitory and their welfare
- Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors for rental of staff accommodations, repair and maintenance
- Ability to converse in workers’ language (Bengali/Hindi) is highly preferred as this role requires to communicate with foreign workers frequently
- Self-motivated and Good Leadership
- Candidate must be willing to commit 5.5 work days each week (every Saturday half day)
