Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Japanese expatriates with visa applications, bank account setup, and housing arrangements;
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding orientations;
  • Assisting with employee benefits, such as children education allowances and medical expenses;
  • Maintaining relationships with service apartment vendors and negotiating corporate rates;
  • Organizing VIP visits, meetings, and crisis management simulations;
  • Managing documentations for ACRA filing and updates;
  • Providing administrative support to the General Manager or Acting GM when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field;
  • High proficiency in English and Japanese languages;
  • Attention to details, strong communication skills, and proactive interaction with the team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting systems like SAP;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
