About the Role:
As an Exhibitions Operations Coordinator at KINGSMEN EXHIBITS PTE LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our exhibitions and events. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with international exhibitors, process their orders, and facilitate communication between them and our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Correspond with exhibitors via email or tele-conversations to resolve queries and issues.
  • Collate and verify exhibitor orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process payments and collections efficiently and securely.
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating pre-site and event site matters, including booth requirements and logistics.
  • Support the project team with administrative duties, such as data entry and record-keeping.

About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with excellent interpersonal skills. A diploma holder in Tourism/Events Management or equivalent is essential, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project is also required. If you possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as medical insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
