  • Handling customer reservations, orders, payments, and requests with speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with fellow crew members and kitchen staff to maintain a harmonious working environment that reflects in our service quality.
  • Ensuring adherence to proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean up.
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines, and other equipment.
