Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Ambassador to join our team. Located in the heart of Singapore, our restaurant is a leading fine dining establishment that offers an exceptional culinary experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This includes greeting guests promptly upon arrival, managing reservations, and ensuring that menus are changed according to service times.

In addition, the Dining Ambassador will assist with seat plan arrangements, ensure that menus are up-to-date and presentable, and address guests by name. They will also recognize special occasions and dietary requirements mentioned, and pass on this information to their teammates for a personalized guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a high level of product knowledge. They will also be able to confidently answer guests' questions over phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
