About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dining Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Job Description

You will be the face of our restaurant, greeting and welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your warm and friendly demeanor will set the tone for an enjoyable dining experience, ensuring that our guests feel valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with their orders
  • Assist with daily opening and closing of the outlet
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with guests
  • Make menu recommendations to guests with extensive menu knowledge
  • Evaluate and improve our services to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work well under pressure and think critically
  • No prior experience is required, but a teachable heart and a willingness to learn are essential
