System Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our DevSecOps system, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes, technical skills in scripting and automation tools, and experience with ALM applications such as Microfocus/OpenText solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support DevSecOps system, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents
  • Monitor and maintain ALM applications and infrastructure in production and non-production environments
  • Create workflows based on ALM workflows and ensure integration and connectivity with other systems
  • Provide training and support to users on updated ALM workflows and features
  • Recommend optimal processes and workflows customized to achieve better system performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering
  • Technical skills in scripting, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and other DevSecOps tools
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)/QA processes
  • 2 years' experience of maintaining DevSecOps system/ALM application
