Job Description:
Cognita Schools are a leading education provider dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. As a Facilities Maintenance Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
You will be responsible for maintaining M&E systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and responding to emergency situations. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations will be advantageous.
- A strong background in building maintenance, with good practical knowledge and initiative.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent Google suite apps is also necessary. Technical competency in AV Systems/Aircon/Electrical/Electronic/Fire Protection/Plumbing will be highly preferred.
