Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert wine service to guests, tailoring recommendations to their needs and guiding them through the wine selection process.
  • Purchase and manage wine inventory, curating a list of unique wines that complements our culinary direction.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create wine and food pairing menus.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and vintages.
  • Mentor and coach restaurant team members on wine knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a wine-related role.
  • Possess WSET or CSW qualifications.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a bold and proactive attitude.
  • Show teamwork and collaboration skills.
