Job Title: Wine Expert Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced wine professional to lead our wine team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling procedures. They will also provide personalized wine recommendations to clients, assist in managing sales, and perform other duties as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the wine bar.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and make informed wine recommendations to patrons.
  • Assist in managing sales, inventory, and staff scheduling processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant hospitality-related experience of at least 2-3 years.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Wine-related experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage daily operations and schedule work efficiently.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
