- Lead Voice of Customer programmes and apply insights to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, brand strategy, and customer experience.
- Degree-qualified with a proven track record in driving brand growth, digital engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Experience influencing product innovation, leading cross-functional initiatives, and managing complex go-to-market programmes.
