Job Description

As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution across product design, online experiences, and retail designs.


Key areas of focus include developing and executing a holistic creative strategy that aligns with company vision and business objectives, translating brand values into compelling design language, and overseeing product design direction from concept to launch.


The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, physical, and product design, with demonstrated success in leading cross-disciplinary creative teams and delivering projects across multiple mediums and platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with company vision and business objectives.
  • Translate brand values into compelling design language across all mediums ensuring consistency, quality, and emotional impact.
  • Oversee product design direction from concept to launch collaborating with product managers, engineers, and industrial designers.
  • Lead visual and structural design of packaging to ensure it aligns with both the brand and customer experience expectations.
  • Champion user-centered design principles across all touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6-8 years of creative experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, physical, and product design.


Demonstrated success in leading cross-disciplinary creative teams and delivering projects across multiple mediums and platforms.


Deep understanding of design systems, UX/UI best practices, retail/environmental design, and packaging.


Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping software familiarity with 3D and CAD tools is a plus.


Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Experience collaborating with product, marketing, retail, and engineering teams.


Strategic thinker with strong conceptual and storytelling ability.


Background in consumer electronics, retail, DTC, or lifestyle brands is a plus.


Strong business acumen and understanding of customer experience and commercial impact of design.
