Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Condominium Maintenance Staff Member to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant environment for residents within the condominium premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweeping and mopping of building floor areas such as lift and lift lobbies.
  • Wiping of lift panels, glass panels, and letterboxes and ensuring they are free of dirt and grime.
  • Clearing the common rubbish bins.
  • Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage.
  • Informing any matters or feedback to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Able to work OT hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willing to work as a team.
  • Prior cleaning experience in a condominium will be an added advantage.
  • Applicants without experience are welcomed to apply.
