Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to provide administrative support to our training department. As a Junior HR Executive, you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient delivery of training programs and workshops. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, registering, and processing invoices for training providers.
- Coordinating logistics, such as room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- Tracking employee participation and progress in learning initiatives.
- Collecting feedback from participants and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum NITEC in Office Skills or relevant qualifications.
- At least one year of experience in handling training administrative matters.
- Prior experience in HR, particularly in the Built Environment sector, is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and IT literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
