  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations support and 3+ years in an IT support lead or engineering role.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard certifications like CCNA.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with teams and vendors.
