**Voice Engineer**

**The Opportunity**

The role will be part of Voice Engineering team that owns the design, development, delivery, and experience of Unified Communications System platforms. The position is responsible for the design, selection, implementation, integration, management, user experience and retirement of Collaboration and Communication technology. The position works closely with the IT team and business partners to deliver consistently excellent user experiences and technology experiences for our staff, members, and community.
- Ensuring overall technical capabilities, stability and performance. Provide direction recommendation, design and implementation for Cisco UC systems.
- Research, analyze, recommend and implement new software, hardware, tools, systems and processes to provide state-of-the-art collaboration experience.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the use, feature and functionalities of the existing system
- Stay updated with the industry trends, new product and services, security issues, and any other information related to the UC system Develop and maintain user guides, technical guides, project plans and any other system related documentation for respective system.
- Implementation and support for 3rd party integration with the Cisco UC systems.

**Your Background**
- Ideally CCIE Collaboration/Voice Certified, however CCNP Collaboration/Voice will be considered
- Experience Designing UC Solutions
- Experience working with CUCM, Unity Connection, Cisco Session Management Edition
- Experience working with Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR G2 / 4K), CUBE Experience working with MGCP, H.323 and SIP implementation within voice network Experience in troubleshooting Voice routing and call quality issues.
- Knowledge of advanced Cisco voice troubleshooting and resolution.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and/ or direction.
- Ability to develop and implement technology projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people, including internal clients and external vendors.
- Knowledge of Voice recording system and IPC Trading system is a plus Knowledge of Cisco UCCE is a plus
