Job Description:

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our Process Solution Business Unit as Strategic Customer Manager within our Global Strategic Account (GSA) organization.

In this critical and highly visible role, you will be working as part of a Global team to leverage customer and market insights to develop, define and execute strategic programs with key customers in the APAC region, aiming to achieve long-term, mutually beneficial objectives.

Working closely with the Commercial Teams, internal Business Partners and our key strategic and regional accounts, you will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through differentiated services.

The position will be based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Strategic Customer Management.

Your Role:
  • Lead key strategic initiatives for our Global Strategic and Regional Accounts, with a focus on APAC.
  • Establish and execute the Account Governance structure.
  • Facilitate Molecule Mapping & Opportunity Pipeline Management.
  • Drive the development and update of strategic account plans in collaboration with respective Commercial Teams.
  • Initiate early engagement and positioning regarding differentiated services in areas such as Digitalization, Sustainability, Innovation.
  • Provide strategic sales insights for tactical plans.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a complex environment through project management tools, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements for time, quality and cost.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the pharma or biopharma industry, specifically in Commercial, R&D, Marketing or PMO roles.
  • A global network, particularly within the organization, and a solid understanding of various divisions and departments.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex projects in a matrix organization, engaging with customers, and navigating across boundaries.
  • Proficient in analyzing highly complex business processes and data sets, translating them into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage internal and external stakeholders across different hierarchy levels under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation abilities, and the capability to foster cross-functional collaboration, and influence without direct authority.
  • Self-motivated, with a customer-centric and result-driven mindset focused on high performance.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Domestic and international travel is required.
