Optimizing patient journeys is a top priority for us. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience.

  • You will lead discussions for road-mapping Hospital development from clinical service planning, infrastructure development, and resourcing planning works.
  • Attend user engagement workshops to provide subject matter input throughout the hospital design planning process.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, medical planners, and internal stakeholders to develop service flow design and planning parameters aligned with the project's strategic intent.
  • Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop appropriate methodologies, technologies, and assumptions for assigned projects.
  • Develop end-user briefs, operations requirements, guidelines, and work processes.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in healthcare operations are necessary.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are needed.
  • Strong leadership qualities are required.

Proficient in MS Office applications is an advantage.
