Improve Patient Experience as a Leader

As a patient experience leader, you will play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience.

This involves developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality, building strong relationships with staff, patients, and caregivers, and ensuring that feedback is actively managed and acted upon.

You will also be responsible for leading and managing teams, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient experience improvement plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, patients, and caregivers
  • Manage and analyze patient feedback to inform service improvements
  • Lead and manage teams to deliver excellent patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognised degree with at least 8 years of working experience in customer/patient service operations
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial capacity
  • Proven track record in building a service culture
  • Strong command of English language and a second language
  • Proficient in writing and editing
  • Adept in conflict resolution, data analytics, and presentation
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
