Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner and Talent Manager to join our APAC team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and success by providing strategic HR leadership, talent management expertise, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business results, building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and driving organizational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and success
- Lead talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization
- Provide operational HR expertise to ensure seamless execution of HR programs and processes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and HR partners to drive business outcomes
- Drive organizational change initiatives to enhance business agility, innovation, and performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information systems and reports to inform business decisions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering and talent management roles
- Proven track record of delivering business results and driving organizational change initiatives
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Mastery of HR functional areas, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS
