Order Execution Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills? We are seeking an experienced Executive Order Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with contractual requirements. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
We are looking for a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order fulfillment from sales handover to delivery by working closely with internal departments, factories, suppliers, and contractors.
- Create and maintain order documentation in shared drives and SAP (e.g., sales order file, engine purchase orders, batch and serial numbers).
- Execute orders in compliance with contractual agreements including scope, timeline, and cost obligations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with SAP or similar systems.
