Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Order Execution Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of order processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with customers to ensure their needs are met and service quality is maintained.

2. Collect and upload product data, organize products, and oversee packaging and shipping.

3. Capture high-quality product photos and categorize them for easy access.

4. Assist in organizing products on shelves and inputting product information into our logistics system.

5. Maintain fluent communication with Chinese colleagues and utilize Mandarin office computers and mobile phones.

6. Provide support to Chinese companies in handling Singapore company affairs.

Requirements:

1. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

2. Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in business processes.

3. Be local personnel based in Singapore.
