Job Title: IT Infrastructure Professional

  • This is a professional position for someone with experience in data centre operations, network administration and cybersecurity.
  • Key responsibilities will include providing end-to-end IT infrastructure support, ensuring system uptime and supporting ongoing IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for IT infrastructure including servers, storage and network equipment within the data centre environment.
  • Monitor system performance, carry out preventive maintenance and ensure high availability of IT services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Support network operations, including configuration, patching and basic firewall/security administration.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, including vulnerability management and incident response.
  • Document technical processes, incidents and solutions to ensure operational consistency.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, data centre operations or network/system administration.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing/switching).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices (endpoint security, patching, monitoring, incident response).
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
