Job Title: Personal Assistant to Family

About the Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to support a private family in their daily activities.

Description of the Role:

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive in managing schedules, household administration, and confidential documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements for family members
  • Organize household administration, including bills, vendors, and service providers
  • Coordinate events, social gatherings, and family activities
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and personal records with discretion
  • Assist with errands, shopping, and ad-hoc requests
  • Liaise with external parties such as schools, medical providers, and business contacts where required
  • Provide support for household staff and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior individuals/families
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Professional discretion and high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools/apps
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory, depending on family needs)
