Job Title: Healthcare Service Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Healthcare Service Associate.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service to patients, serving food and drinks, clearing meals, checking meal orders, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

  • Serve food and drinks to patients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Clear meals promptly after patients have finished eating.
  • Check served food against patient meal orders to ensure accuracy.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to assist with inventory management, maintain confidentiality and discretion, and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:
  • Able to work on public holidays.
  • Experience in customer service.
