DESIGNATION : Customer Service Associate (East/ 5 days)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To accurately note down messages or relevant information, when and where appropriate
- Assigning enquiries to the relevant departments if needed
- Familiarity with the respective departments and their roles
- Understanding the needs of the customers with a sense of empathy and professionalism
- Communicate customers' needs and ensure handover successful cases to support team

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service preferred
- Experience in hospitality or healthcare-related role is a plus
- An active listener with a pleasant nature with an ability in critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
- Ability to work resourcefully, independently and with urgency
- Highly organized and attentive to details
- Proficient and comfortable adopting technology and software tools (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Mature, self-motivated and independent but also able to work cohesively with others
- Keen in professional growth over time
