Healthcare Service Associate

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Healthcare Service Associate to provide exceptional patient care and support in our healthcare organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting, registering, and scheduling appointments for patients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinating referrals for specialist consultations to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
- Handling payments and responding to patient inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum of GCE N/O/A Level or Diploma in any studies from a recognized institution.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
