BIM Modeller

Job Summary:

The BIM Modeller is a key member of our team responsible for creating and updating building information models for mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update BIM models for M&E Systems to ensure accuracy, clash-free, and compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.
  • Produce coordinated shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings using Revit or AutoCAD software.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, BIM coordinators, and other disciplines to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain documentation and version control of BIM files to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar tools.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.
  • 2–5 years of experience in BIM modelling for electrical systems in construction projects.
  • Good understanding of M&E coordination and construction drawings.
  • Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
