Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Building Information Modeller. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and working closely with the project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements.
  • Work closely with Project teams on drawing amendments & updates.
  • Assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes.
  • Support Project Manager on the completion of projects/ad-hoc assignments if required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP modelling in Revit.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
