Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our team. As a BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of building information models.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Work with engineers and architects to ensure proper MEP system design and integration.
  • Update drawings based on feedback and changes in the project.
  • Ensure designs meet building codes, specifications, and regulations.
  • Provide technical support during installation and conduct site visits when needed.
  • Develop mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a BIM Modeller, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical or other related discipline.
  • Certificate in BIM Revit.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills.
  • Able to start within short notice.
  • Working location: Changi.
