As a Quality Management System Coordinator, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) at the Singapore Distribution Centre (SADC) and Singapore Domestic Site (SDS). This involves coordinating all quality-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives and goals.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including quality control reports and audit results.
* Conducting regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with QMS standards and regulations.
A high degree of organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail are crucial in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in QA or a related field. Experience in Medical Device quality assurance is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GDPMDS standards is essential.
