Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests upon arrival and departure, handling check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and other related tasks. You will work closely with our Sales and Conference team, event organizers, and tour leaders to ensure seamless execution of group arrivals and departures.

You will also be responsible for handling guest requests, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to higher management when necessary. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accomplish Day-to-Day Operations
  • Prepare workstation at the start of shift and ensure all equipment and required work materials are in order.
  • Handle room registration of arriving guests in accordance with Service Quality Review standards to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal promotions and local events, making recommendations to enhance guests' stays in MBS and Singapore.
  • Perform lobby ambassador duties, including attending to guests upon arrival and directing them to designated check-in/check-out locations.
  • Adapt to changes and ensure adherence to organizational operating procedures and service standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good guest relations and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning and execution skills.
  • Able to manage time, organize, and possess good communication and motivational skills.
  • Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • PC literacy and typing skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Candidates must have a good command of spoken and written English, and any additional language is an advantage.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $45,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
