Job Title: Operations Coordinator
">- Support day-to-day operations for worker dormitory management and human resource functions in a marine and offshore working environment.
- Ensure smooth coordination of manpower logistics, accommodation arrangements, and records maintenance.
Responsibilities:
">- Coordinate distribution of PPE, uniforms, and dormitory necessities.
- Liaise with external vendors or agencies for basic supplies and services when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports and updates for internal use.
- Support safety and housekeeping inspections of dormitory premises.
- Monitor billing schedules and follow up on pending payments or discrepancies.
- Maintain organised records of billing documents and transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide general commercial support to the team on day-to-day matters.
- Any other operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
">- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- A diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred. Prior experience in operations or HR support in a marine or industrial setting is an advantage.
