Job Title: Distribution Compliance Specialist

As a Distribution Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our distribution channels operate within the boundaries of regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and address compliance issues related to agent misconduct, data analysis, and sales behavior.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis into suspected agency misconduct issues and recommend appropriate actions to address substantiated undesirable sales behavior.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Maintain competence and conversancy with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and business conduct rules.
  • Project Management: Participate in delivering projects and initiatives to meet internal and regulatory requirements, improving internal process efficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive results.
  • Problem Solving: Be effective in problem solving and project management, with good understanding of financial industry operations.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools, Excel, PowerBI, or Python, and relevant insurance qualifications.

Working Experience:
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience: Preferably at least 2 years of experience in-depth data analysis and project management.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Experience in data analysis related to insurance sales and/or agent misconduct would be an added advantage.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Degree in any discipline, with high proficiency in use of Excel and/or data analytics.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant insurance qualifications (such as M5, M9, etc).
