Marketing & Distribution Compliance Manager

A bit about the job:
We are looking for a Compliance Advisory Manager who will support the marketing compliance and distribution functions as part of the wider Compliance Advisory team.

You will be provide technical and advisory support on all regulatory and strategic matters relating to distribution, marketing and financial promotion, supporting the Sales and Marketing activities of Aviva Investors, with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day regulatory input on marketing materials aimed at both retail and institutional audiences, overseeing content, managing the self-certification programme, and producing management information. The role also involves delivering training to Aviva Investors staff on expected standards in product, distribution, marketing, and financial promotions. You’ll support regulatory and commercial business changes, including those related to ESG, and contribute to the development and maintenance of key policies such as the Marketing Approvals Policy and Social Media Policy. Additionally, you will provide regulatory guidance and training to Business Development teams and offer daily compliance advice across APAC Business Development and Marketing functions.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Degree or equivalent level of industry and technical experience.- Excellent working knowledge of the regulatory landscape for marketing and distribution across APAC jurisdictions.- Experience of engaging with stakeholders on complex regulatory issues.- Experience of advising on distribution compliance issues globally- Knowledge of Compliance leading practice within the asset management industry relating to conduct of business requirements, conduct risks and controls.
