Role Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Advisory Manager to support marketing compliance and distribution functions within our Compliance Advisory team. The successful candidate will provide technical and advisory support on regulatory and strategic matters related to distribution, marketing, and financial promotion, primarily focusing on the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver regulatory input on marketing materials for retail and institutional audiences
  • Oversee content and manage the self-certification program
  • Produce management information reports
  • Conduct training sessions on standards in product, distribution, marketing, and financial promotions
  • Support regulatory and business changes, including ESG-related initiatives
  • Maintain policies such as the Marketing Approvals Policy and Social Media Policy
  • Provide regulatory guidance and daily compliance advice across APAC Business Development and Marketing functions

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent industry and technical experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and distribution regulatory landscape across APAC jurisdictions
  • Stakeholder engagement experience on complex regulatory issues
  • Experience advising on global distribution compliance issues
  • Knowledge of conduct of business requirements, conduct risks, and controls within asset management
