About the job:

We seek a Compliance Advisory Manager to support marketing compliance and distribution functions within our Compliance Advisory team. You will provide technical and advisory support on regulatory and strategic matters concerning distribution, marketing, and financial promotion, primarily supporting Aviva Investors' sales and marketing activities across the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities include reviewing marketing materials, managing the self-certification programme, producing management reports, delivering staff training on standards in product, distribution, marketing, and financial promotions, and supporting regulatory and business changes, including ESG initiatives. You will also help develop and maintain key policies such as the Marketing Approvals and Social Media Policies, and offer regulatory guidance across APAC Business Development and Marketing teams.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Degree or equivalent industry and technical experience
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape for marketing and distribution across APAC jurisdictions
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders on complex regulatory issues
  • Experience advising on global distribution compliance issues
  • Knowledge of compliance best practices in asset management, including conduct of business and risk controls
