Marketing & Distribution Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Compliance Advisory Manager to support marketing compliance and distribution functions within our Compliance Advisory team, focusing on the Asia Pacific region. Your responsibilities will include providing regulatory and strategic support on distribution, marketing, and financial promotion matters, overseeing content approval, managing certification programs, and delivering staff training on standards related to product, distribution, marketing, and financial promotions. You will also assist with regulatory and business changes, including ESG-related initiatives, and develop key policies such as the Marketing Approvals and Social Media policies. Additionally, you will offer daily compliance guidance to Business Development teams across APAC.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree or equivalent industry and technical experience
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape for marketing and distribution in APAC
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders on complex regulatory issues
  • Experience advising on global distribution compliance issues
  • Understanding of compliance best practices within the asset management industry, including conduct of business and risk controls
