
Residential Relations Coordinator

The Residential Relations Coordinator's primary duties involve ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution between residents and management.
- Attend to and resolve resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues.
- Respond to resident inquiries and feedback via email, phone, or in-person.
- Maintain accurate records of defects and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the site team and contractors to resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 5 GCE 'O' Level subjects and/or a Nitec Certificate.
- Hold a WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or equivalent is advantageous.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in HDB-related roles.
- Be an independent and team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effectively manage public relations with residents.
- Work alternate full Saturdays.
