Business Analysis Expert Job Description

As a seasoned business analysis professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and process improvements within the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and documentation using various techniques, including interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Assess business processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, and business models to visualize current and future states.
  • Facilitate communication between business teams, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and business needs.
  • Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and documenting results.
  • Manage system data and operations related to pricing, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to business development by planning and conducting surveys on competitors' market prices and conducting price analysis.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in change management efforts to ensure successful implementation.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate key findings and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Business.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and negotiation abilities.
  • Quick learner, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI and managing large data is advantageous.
  • Team player with a keen sense of responsibility, capable of working independently, mature, self-disciplined, and adept at time management.
