Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to join our team and support our government client's initiative. This role involves working closely with the Agency's business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business analysis, application solutioning design, and testing. They should possess excellent analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills and the ability to influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business teams to elicit citizen/business needs through human-centric methods and develop business cases.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with GovTech's technology directions.
  • Identify and adopt appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall) in various environments.
  • Ensure system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption, and operations.
  • Analyze impact of requested changes and propose improvements to address changing business needs.
  • Assist the CIO in identifying new opportunities for the Agency's digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer, or Electronics Engineering or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design, and testing.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to influence.
  • Driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
  • Ability to learn and apply.
