
Process Improvement Specialist

This role focuses on Business Process Mapping and Documentation as well as other work. The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Business Planning/Strategy team.
You are responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This involves improving efficiency, reducing costs, and achieving strategic business objectives.
This is a contract role with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position for a good performer.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Utilize process mapping and modeling techniques to document and visualize current processes.
- Design and develop new or improved business processes that are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Project manage the implementation of new or improved processes, including change management activities and employee training.
- Monitor process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field such as IT.
- Preferably 4 to 7 years of experience in Management Consulting gained with a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm.
- Experience in Business Process Management or Business Process Consulting is useful.
- Some exposure to Cyber/Business Continuity Plan (BCP) will be advantageous but this is not a must.
- A one-month completion bonus at the end of the one-year period.
- The possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position for a good performer.
This role plays a critical part in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and achieving strategic business objectives. As a member of the Corporate Business Planning/Strategy team, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
As a BCP Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This involves conducting thorough assessments of existing business processes, utilizing process mapping and modeling techniques, and developing new or improved business processes that are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Management Consulting, preferably with experience in Business Process Management or Business Process Consulting. Some exposure to Cyber/Business Continuity Plan (BCP) will be advantageous but this is not a must.
