Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product strategy for the APAC region, aligned with the company's global product roadmap.
  • Manage the product lifecycle within the region to ensure profitability and success.
  • Adapt and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans for product launches and updates.
  • Monitor product performance in the APAC market, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitive intelligence, analyze market research to identify opportunities and threats within the physical security market in APAC and gaps within the regional product offering.
  • Ensure the various teams have the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell our product and solutions in the APAC region.
  • Ensure that all products meet regional regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate the regional product roadmap to various stakeholders.
  • Build strategic relationships with regional technology partners.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience in a product-related role within physical security, including product management, sales, or technical sales roles.
  • Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including Video Management Software, Cloud-based offerings, hardware appliances, video surveillance, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • University degree in engineering, IT, or other technical degrees.
